We offer express worldwide shipping on all orders. All orders are shipped from Istanbul / Turkey. 

Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders. Shipping to US is charged for 25USD  and international shipping is for 35USD

Please note that for orders shipping internationally, there is likely to be a customs charge upon arrival of your package that is determined from country to country. DHL/UPS will be in touch with you directly to facilitate that payment.  

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return any items in new and unused condition and with Dor Raw Luxury tags still attached within 14 days of purchase. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
