We offer express worldwide shipping on all orders. All orders are shipped from Istanbul, Turkey.

• Flat Rate Shipping:
    • USA: $25 USD
    • International: $35 USD

All shipments are sent Duties Paid (DDP) — meaning you won’t be charged any customs fees upon delivery. We work with trusted couriers like DHL and UPS to ensure a fast and seamless delivery experience.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition with all Dor Raw Luxury and designer tags still attached, within 14 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@dor.design before sending the items back. Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with an additional shipping fee.
